ข้อผูกพันของลูกค้า
ในการใช้งานชำระเงินออนไลน์ผ่านระบบ PayPal หรือ PaySbuy นั้น เราถือว่าคุณยินยอมปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงต่างๆ ที่ระบุไว้ของ PayPal หรือ PaySbuy และในกรณีที่คุณใช้บัตรเครดิตซื้อสินค้าของเราผ่านบริการของ PayPal หรือ PaySbuy คุณยินยอมให้ธนาคารเจ้าของบัตรเครดิตของคุณเรียกเก็บเงินค่าสินค้านั้นๆ
นโยบายการรับคืนสินค้า
หจก. ด้ายสี คอร์ปอเรชั่น มีนโยบายในการรับคืนสินค้าดังต่อไปนี้
1. การรับคืนสินค้าใช้ได้กับกรณีการซื้อปลีกเท่านั้น
2. การรับคืนสินค้าจะสามารถทำได้ เมื่อสินค้ามีความเสียหายจากการใช้งานโดยปกติ โดยต้องแจ้งภายใน ๓๐ วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า สินค้าที่ความเสียหายเกิดจากผู้ใช้ ใช้ไม่ถูกต้องหรืออุบัติเหตุ ไม่สามารถนำมาคืนได้ กรณีนี้ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกรับคืนเป็นเงินหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ โดยกรณีที่รับคืนเป็นเงินจะได้รับภายใน ๑๕ วัน ถ้าเปลี่ยนสินค้าจะได้รับสินค้าใหม่หลังจากส่งสินค้าเก่าคืนภายใน ๗ วัน
3. สำหรับสินค้าที่จะนำมาคืนเนื่องจากไม่พอใจในสินค้า หจก. ไม่มีนโยบายในการคืนเงินสด แต่ให้แลกเปลี่ยนกับสินค้าอื่นๆ ในร้านที่มีมูลค่าไม่เกินสินค้านั้นๆ ได้ ทั้งนี้สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์และเป็นสินค้าที่มาจากผู้ิผลิตเดียวกันเท่านั้น และต้องแจ้งภายใน ๗ วันหลังจากรับสินค้า

It is under each supplier responsibility. In case of delivery problem DignSe will help customer by co-operating with supplier in order to deliver the product to customer at the end. Furthermore if the supplier doesn't deliver the product to customer (normally within 5 days after place the order), DignSe will refund the money to customer promptly.
Customer obligation
When you choose the online payment method - PayPal or PaySbuy, you must agree with the conditions specified by PayPal or PaySbuy. In case of you use the credit card via PayPal or PaySbuy system to buy our product, you must accept the payment requested by your credit card issuing bank.
Return Policy
DignSe Corporation Limited Partnership has conditions for return policy as follows:
1. The return policy can be used for retail only.
2. The return policy can be used in case of damaged product from normal using only and we have to be informed within 30 days after you get the product. The damaged product from incorrect using as well as accident cannot be return. You can choose the return in two ways: cash within 15 days or new product within 7 days.
3. The lack of product satisfaction is not covered by the return policy. However we allow to change to another product that its price is not over the old one and from the same supplier only, and you have to inform us within 7 days.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be protected by our privacy policy. It will not be distributed to the third party for commercial usage. The kind of personal information we will keep is: login name, name and surname, address, phone number and email address. These information will be used when shipping the product to the customer. Furthermore we will not keep your credit card number in the membership database. Actually, if you choose the online payment method we will bring you to the PayPal or PaySbuy website.
